Subsequently, I will add to this initial information with details of further homeopathic consultations you have with me.
My services are not directed to persons under the age of 18, unless under the supervision of a parent or guardian. I do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If I become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data, I will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and you believe they have provided Personal Data without your consent, then please contact me immediately via my website contact form.

How I use your personal information
Personally Identifiable Information collected from my clients is used for the sole purpose of maximising the services I provide, and specific uses may include (but are not limited to):

I need to keep your information for as long as you continue to consult me. Since patients often return for more consultations after a period of absence, I will keep your information for seven years after your last consultation. In the case of children, information is retained for 7 years after their 18th birthday. At that point, their file will be securely destroyed and any digital information will be erased from my computer systems.
How your personal information can be updated or corrected
To ensure that I have accurate and up-to-date information, you need to inform me of any changes you believe I should make to the personal information I hold. You can do this by contacting me by email or telephone.
Under data protection legislation, you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you. You can make a request to do so by contacting me and I will endeavour to respond within 14 working days.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. How I store your personal information
I use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of my client’s Personal Data. All digital information received from you is stored and protected on my secure server. All paper records of your Personal Data are securely stored within my home consulting office. I take all possible steps to protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Credit card information is encrypted before transmission and is not kept or stored on the online server, nor nor do I store or keep it in any other format.
I will only retain your personal information for as long as it is needed to provide services to you, and to comply with the legal obligations of my profession, and/or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
In the event there is a breach of security and your Personal Data is compromised, I will promptly notify you in compliance with the applicable law.
Your email address, if you have one, is securely held on my email server – currently VentraIP – and on the secure electronic booking system that I use.
