Homeopathic remedies to help with winter illnesses

Winter brings both lots of physiological changes that can predispose individuals to various acute and chronic illnesses as the body has to continually adapt to environmental changes. Colder temperatures, limited sunlight exposure, reduced physical activity and other lifestyle changes can affect immunity and overall health. Respiratory tract infections, musculoskeletal pains, dermatological complaints and aggravation of chronic diseases are commonly observed during the colder months.

Here homeopathy can come to the rescue with a few simple remedies that can boost immunity, reduce susceptibility to cold, as well as acting as a preventative health care measure to restore balance and improves resistance against seasonal diseases thus keeping the winter ills away.
